Accreditation

Accreditation indicates that a college, university, or program has met quality standards determined by national experts. This peer review process also aids programs in identifying areas for improvement.  In New York State, registered programs leading to teacher certification must hold accreditation.

We highly value our accreditations as evidence of our quality and as tools that aid us in our pursuit of excellence. The School of Education has programs accredited by the following professional associations.
