UAlbany Remains Top-Ranked Public School of Education in New York State According to U.S. News & World Report

Albany, NY (March 18, 2015) - U.S. News & World Report recently released the 2016 graduate school rankings which place UAlbany’s School of Education in the top 16 percent of the 357 doctoral granting schools of education in the nation.

UAlbany’s SOE remains the top-ranked public school of education in New York State, fourth among all schools of education in the state (behind only Teachers College, NYU, and Syracuse), and third among public institutions in the Northeast. The School is renowned for its leadership in literacy development and education, counseling and school psychology, education policy, special education, and learning with technology.
