SOE Alum Lustig Chosen as "40 Under Forty" Recipient
Jessica Lustig has been honored by the Business Review as a 2013 “40 Under Forty” recipient! Lustig is a graduate of our master’s program in Secondary Education. She now owns and operates a business in UAlbany’s own backyard—The Hot Yoga Spot located in Stuyvesant Plaza has been thriving since opening in late 2010. She expanded the business by adding a Clifton Park location in April.

SOE Alum Robinson Honored as 2013 Superintendent of the Year
Dr. L. Oliver Robinson, EAPS alum and Superintendent of Shenendehowa Central School District, has been named 2013 Superintendent of the Year by the New York State Council for School Superintendents. Robinson has been Superintendent at Shen since 2005.

As part of their master's program, Special Education resident fellows have earned valuable teaching experience in a full-year placement at Amsterdam High School.
