This manual is a tool to be used by search committees to assess their equal opportunity and affirmative action efforts in recruitment and to develop, where necessary, plans to improve their efforts.  It further provides guidelines that support UAlbany efforts to comply with federal equal employment opportunity and affirmative action requirements.
