Scholarships

If you wish to fill out a scholarship application for the Disabled Student Scholarship Fund, please fill out the application listed below and return to the Disability Resource Center in Campus Center 137. Students may complete the form as a Word document and send it to the office as an Word document attachment via email OR they may scan the printed completed form (Accommodation Request, Testing Schedule, Scholarship Application) and email it to us as a PDF attachment to aarminio@uamail.albany.edu.
