Mr. Donald K. Winyall
Hudson Falls Senior High Librarian

     If you happen to pass by the library at Hudson Falls Senior High School, you are likely to see Mr. Winyall, the Senior High Librarian, setting out the daily newspapers or helping a student or teacher with a research question.

     Mr. Winyall is a graduate of Shaker High School. He completed his B.A. in Secondary English Education at Plattsburgh State University and his M.L.S. in Library Science from The University at Albany. He joined the staff at Hudson Falls Central School District in 1985.

     Mr. Winyall participates in many activities at the school including one of the most anticipated activities of the year: Pursuit of Trivia, also known as Total Recall. In this game, students are grouped into teams who play each other in a Jeopardy style fashion and answer trivia questions from many different subjects. Mr. Winyall himself acts as the trivia game host. This game runs through the Spring Semester and usually attracts quite a turnout of not only players, but spectators as well.
