Biography

Dr. Juan C. Silas, Professor at ITESO, thye Jesuit University of Guadalajara in Mexico.
After earning his doctoral degree from the University of Kansas (2000) he moved to Mexico where he joined the National Researchers System. Silas´ recent works deal with private higher education in Mexico and access. He participated in the 2007-2008 cohort of the New Century Scholars Program.
