Biography

Gury Zilkha (Israel) is an Economic, financial & management consultant to government Agencies and higher education institutions. In the past he was the director general for the council of higher education and the planning and budgeting committee of the state of Israel. During that time the higher education system more than doubled and private higher education institutions were approved. During that time he was responsible for budget allocation to research universities and colleges, which were given according to output indicators based on a new teaching and research formula. Zilkha is member in governing boards of higher education institutions and holds degrees from the Hebrew University and Penn State University.
