Mr. Pawan Agarwal, an Indian Fulbright New Century Scholar on Higher Education Year 2005-2006 and a Visiting Scholar at Harvard University, visited PROPHE Headquarters and gave a presentation on "Indian Higher Education and Its Many Contradictions," October 4, 2006.

Two PROPHEts, recipients of Fulbright New Century Scholarships on Higher Education in the 21st Century, had been spending months at PROPHE headquarters. They were Pablo Landoni (right) and Pedro Teixeira (left). Both were participating in the Privatization course and Teixeira was teaching a course on economics in higher education last summer 2006.
PROPHE Collaborating Scholar, Snejana Slantcheva taught a seminar course on public policy in higher education, Summer 2005.
