During P.L.A.Y's summer session, 33 hours are spent on
S.A.T preparation; the follow-up includes a refresher course in the fall.
This portion of P.L.A.Y is overseen by Carl Emmons, the Program Director
of the Princeton Review/Amherst - known as the best test course available.
In 1992, the Review helped P.L.A.Y. participants raise their scores by
110 points. Mr. Emmons himself holds a B.A. and M.A. from Columbia University
and has been sucessfully involved with educational instruction for over
25 years.
