If systemic change is to happen in urban communities, the community, political officials, churches, schools, people, must work together to reach a common goal. That goal must be to educate our community with the use of new technology, preparing us to meet the demand of this new information age. With many of these programs operational at Teachers College, Columbia University, New York, CUYT has established a second center at the State University of New York at Albany. The goal is to replicate the concepts and mission of the CUYT in the Albany, New York area. We will continue to develop strategies that will provide us with the capabilities that we need to continue technology-based research, development, and training.
