The summer session of P.L.A.Y is held from July 6 to July 20 at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts. Founded in 1837 by pioneering educator Mary Lyon, Mount Holyoke is one of the original "Seven Sisters" colleges and a premier liberal arts college for women. (The college is also near the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield which you'll be able to visit.)
The dorms of Mount Holyoke house our participants in private,
single occupancy rooms, and its dining commons provides three all you can
eat meals a day. The extensive Sports Complex is the basketball and training
site. The Complex includes Kendall Hall and its regulation varsity basketball
courts, all purpose playing field, indoor track, athletic training room,
and weight training rooms with free weights, weight machines, rowing machines,
stationary bikes and stair climbing machines. The Complex also contains
the Aquatic House and an 8 lane, 25 meter swimming pool.
