To be eligible for the P.L.A.Y. program, you must:
Submit an application
by May 19, 2001.
Be committed
to completing the entire program - summer session and follow-up.
Be willing
to pay for your own transportation to and from Mount Holyoke College.
Have a person-to-person
telephone interview with P.L.A.Y.'s Director.
Submit a character
reference from teacher, coach, counselor, principal or community leader.
Completed copy
of your high school physical examination.
Completed copy
of P.L.A.Y.'s Personal Inventory Form.
Completed copy
of P.L.A.Y.'s health questionaire.
Be commited
to academic excellence.
Be hardworking.
Develop sportspersonship.
Respect Authority
and rights of your peers.
