The Medical Center provides a full range of inpatient and outpatient services to veterans.
The mission of the Stratton VA Medical Center is to care for our veterans

While the opportunities are open to UAlbany Community and Public Service Program
students in all majors, specific opportunities
exist with patients and staff in primary care, medical and surgical clinics,
patient transportation, recreation therapy, rehabilitative medicine, social
welfare, laboratory, research, medical administration, geriatrics, long-term
care, home care, grant writing, fund raising and library services.
