JOSEPH'S HOUSE AND SHELTER
Joseph's House provides shelter, nutritious meals and advocacy to individuals, youth and families experiencing homelessness. The shelter is open 24 hours a day - 365 days a year.
Student volunteers will learn the skills and merits of active listening and how to befriend men, women and children of diverse backgrounds who are in crisis.
Students majoring in social welfare, sociology, psychology, communication and business are encouraged to look at this learning opportunity.
