Refugee Conversation Partners


This project is a collaborative effort between U.S. Committee on Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI), UAlbany’s Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Program, UAlbany’s Office of International Education and the CPSP. The purpose of the program is to connect refugee families living in the Albany areawith UAlbany students to engage in practical English language conversation. Undergraduate students interested in participating can earn 3 credits through the Community and Public Service Program for their efforts.
