This project is participatory action research that garners the perspectives of multicultural students about ways in which the university should engage in the community. It serves the dual purposes of mobilizing student networks and gaining input about the future direction of the CPSP. The project began in Spring 2009 with funding from the University Commission on Diversity and Affirmative Action. The CPSP plans to continue this work bringing in morestudent perspectives, community groups, and assisting students with targetingcommunity projects for action.
