The main theme of a presentation is stress, judgment and decision making. My research interests began with questions; i) judgment accuracy might be negatively influenced by stress which is a mediator and/or a moderator between judgmental cues and actual judges, ii) Outcome of human judgment might be vary under different stress environments, so how we make decision predictably and consistently under stress. To research, first of all, I tried to identify suitable definition of stress, types of stressors, and its measurement based on broad literature reviews. After these, I'd like to discuss how I can make these broad ideas to specific topics in public administration and policy.
