An initial causal loop model is built based on open ended interviews with three employees of a fortune 10 company. Initial findings shows some organizational dynamics focused on motivation in a project oriented organizational setting. After presenting initial findings, I will seek recommendations for building a research approach that can lead high quality research and publications.
