Nuclear power in Britain has had a long and complex history
which involves many different agencies and individuals.  
Thus far the analysis of the subject has been the preserve 
of narrative historians and not political scientists.  
System Dynamics may offer a way of modeling the interactions 
between the the different organizations and individuals.  
The presentation outlines how nuclear power in the UK developed, 
declined and re-emerged, the discussion will focus on the 
application a system dynamics approach to modeling the politics 
of nuclear power in the UK.
