The University at Albany is committed to ensuring that all reports of sexual harassment and other forms of violence reported by a student are promptly addressed to determine what occurred; that interim steps are taken to protect the student as necessary; and that a timely response occurs to end the violence, prevent its recurrence, and eliminate its effects.
