Overview of Services Students Talking

Consultation

The University Counseling Center offers students an opportunity to contact our professional staff members in the event of a question or concern. This service can be accessed by calling (518) 442-5800 during business hours and requesting to speak with one of the psychologists on staff. All contacts will be kept confidential.

E-mail our Consultation Mailbox

One of the many unique aspects of our services includes a Consultation Mailbox. Not only do we welcome phone calls from faculty and staff regarding their concerns for particular students, but we also invite emails. Our Consultation Mailbox is monitored by our psychologists who personally respond to consultation emails. Our consultation mailbox is checked during business hours during the weekdays. Expect a response within one business day.

To send an e-mail to our consultation mailbox, click here or copy-paste consultation@albany.edu into the "To" field of your email program.
