Career

My career has been in health care management. I started by developing and implementing a training and development function at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Our focus was on strengthening management performance and promoting more effective communication between staff and patients. Later, I served as Vice President of Human Resources, and then Administrator, of a community teaching hospital in New Jersey.
