LGBTQ Advisory Committee
In an effort to more fully address the issues and concerns of the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-Sexual, Transgender, Queer and Intersexed (LGBTQ) community, a campus-wide advisory group was established in fall 2009 to advance this agenda at the University at Albany. The intention of this group is to assist with the coordination of efforts across divisions of the University; elevate the status of such efforts; and help insure that the needs of the LGBTQ community are being met in a meaningful manner. This group serves in an advisory capacity to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs and the Vice President for Student Success.
