EVENTS FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

The following is a schedule of events for commencement weekend for Bachelor's degree candidates only unless otherwise noted. For further information about your Individual Recognition Ceremony, please refer to the contact number listed for that particular event.


Sunday, May 20, 2012

University-Wide Undergraduate Commencement Ceremony - 10:00 a.m.
Location: The Entry Plaza, at the top of Collin's Circle
Tickets are NOT required for this event.

The ceremony for the formal conferral of undergraduate degrees. Student Report Time: 9:00 a.m, tents located in Collins Circle. Guests should plan to arrive no later than 9:30 a.m. The ceremony will be held outdoors, rain or shine, so please dress in layers and according to the latest weather report. Students will not cross the stage, however they will be recognized in groups by their College or School.

 

Individual Recognition Events

Many of the events that follow the undergraduate ceremony will be held at locations within a short walk of the Entry Plaza. University shuttles will be available at the Entry Plaza, for those who need rides back to their vehicles.

Students: In addition to your online registration form, your academic department may require additional paperwork from you to participate in the following ceremonies. Some of these events may require physical tickets for your guests and/or place a cap on the number of guests that may attend. Please monitor all correspondence from your department regarding Commencement. Should you have any questions, please use the contact information provided.
