• Candidates should report to the Physical Education building by 12 Noon, dressed in their regalia and ready to assemble in the gymnasium in the PE building. Enter the gymnasium through the exterior doors opposite the SEFCU Arena (RACC) entrance. Volunteers will assist you line-up according to degree and school designation. There will be plenty of time for you to find your friends once inside the gym, so please don’t linger outside waiting for them.
• Limited parking will be available at the SEFCU Arena lot. Additional parking will be available in the Dutch lot, with shuttle service provided to the Arena. Please allow for 15 minutes to find parking and get to the Gymnasium.
• The SEATING CHART link  (available in November) will display a diagram of ceremony site and the seating arrangement. Please share this information with your family and friends so that they have an idea of where you will be seated on the arena floor.

Please do not bring cellular phones, pagers or other electronic devices to the ceremony. If you must have them with you, please be sure that they are turned off. Remember this is a special moment for you and your family, as well as for all of your classmates. Please respect and enjoy each moment of it.
