Staff

Nan Carroll joined the Center for Legislative Development as Deputy Director in 1994. Her areas of expertise include project management and university administration. She has directed the Center since 2007.
Mahmoud Batlouni has directed the Lebanon project since its inception in 1993. He is an expert in Middle East administrative institutions and has broad experience in directing large scale projects and in working with USAID.
Clare Yates has been with the Center for Legislative Development since 1991. She is an expert in university administration and handles the daily administrative work of the Center's Lebanon project.
