Erin is currently coordinating both local and statewide research projects focusing on human services and developmental disabilities. She also provides support to various other projects, including K-12 education-based initiatives. Her background includes providing mental health counseling and substance abuse prevention programs for students in grades K-12. She also provided program evaluation, training, consultation, and technical assistance to school district personnel across New York State regarding best practices in educating students with autism spectrum disorders. Most recently she provided research support to a longitudinal study following children from birth to age 3 regarding a number of developmental, social, and educational outcomes. She also provided support and resources to new mothers who were experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including postpartum depression.

Erin received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and English from the University of Rochester. She received her Master’s Degree in School Counseling from the College of Saint Rose.
