Catherine Dumas is a PhD student in Informatics in the College of Computing & Information (CCI) at the University of Albany, State University of New York, with a primary specialization in Knowledge Organization and Management and a secondary in Information in Organizational Environments. She has a MS in Information Science from the University of Albany and a BA in English from the College of Saint Rose, Albany, NY

Research Interests

Research interests include: analyzing social media, social network analysis in online communities and organizations, data analytics, collective action, social informatics, human computer interaction, usability testing, and open source.
