Program for the Evening

6:00pm - 7:00pm: Networking hour - Campus Center Fireside Lounge
A number of young professionals (mostly alumni) will show you how to start building your professional network. Light refreshment will be served.

7:00pm - 7:30pm: Dining Etiquette presentation - The Patroon Room
Watch our dining etiquette video and learn how to impress a future boss with your knowledge of formal dining.

7:30pm - 9:00pm: Dinner - The Patroon Room
Practice what you have just learned and enjoy a formal six-course dinner.

Menu

Vegetarian soup, salad, rolls and butter, sorbet, chicken or vegetarian entree, vegetable and dessert.
Bottled water, soda, coffee, decaf coffee and tea.
You must choose your entree when you purchase your ticket.

Ticket purchase

Tickets must be purchased in advance from Career Services. Stop in anytime during our normal business hours (9 - 5 weekdays) to purchase your ticket. Payment must be cash, check or money order made payable to: University at Albany Foundation
The cost is $8.00 for matriculated UAlbany students and $20 for everyone else.The balance of the cost of students’ meals ($12) is generously funded by the University at Albany Alumni Association.
