  • Professor Philip Eppard was elected a fellow of the Society of American Archivists, the highest honor given to members who have made outstanding contributions to the field.
  • Assistant Professor Özlem Uzuner and her research team of students placed second out of 44 teams in a national challenge competition for classifying medical texts.
