Deletion of Files in Classroom Shares

Policy: Deletion of Files in Classroom Shares at the End of the Fall Semester, Spring Semester, and Summer Sessions.

Policy Statement
All files in classroom shares will be deleted a week after the end of the fall semester, a week after the end of the spring semester, and a week after the end of the last summer session. If you have needs that are not being met by the current share configuration, please contact CAS Computing at cascomp@albany.edu.

Reason for Policy
Classroom shares are to be used for the classes that are currently in session in the specific classroom. New class folders need to be prepared for the upcoming semester.
