The best way to contact CAS Computing is to submit a help request online. This ensures that your problem will be entered into our ticketing system and will be handled as quickly as possible. Please do not email individual CAS Computing staff members about computer problems.
You can also call our main number at 442-2651. Please be understanding if no one answers your call. We are often out and about dealing with computer problems. Leave a detailed message with your contact information and we will return your call promptly.

CAS Computing is located in LC-SB 32 (formerly Creative Services).
From the Lecture Center: To the left of LC-27 (ITS Help Desk) are stairs and an elevator leading to the subbasement. Take either down to the the subbasement level and turn left. At the end of the hall make a right until you see the sign for LCSB-32.
From the tunnels: From the main circle tunnel, in the middle of the podium there is a large hill/dip. Walk down this hill to the bottom and turn in walking past several storage rooms (see map for SB-15/17 area). Make a left into the tiled area past Research Compliance. At the end of the hall make a right until you see a sign for LCSB-32. If you are not familiar with the sub-basement, please use the following map for assistance.
