CAS Computing Services will be recognized as a high performance team providing technology excellence that advances the College of Arts and Sciences and University’s missions through support of the faculty, staff and graduate students in the College.

Mission Statement


CAS Computing Services provides secure, reliable and integrated desktop and related technology solutions in alignment with the goals of the College of Arts and Sciences while delivering excellence in customer service.

In support of this mission, we will:

  • Partner with the College community to understand the information technology needs of faculty and staff.
  • Demonstrate technical and operational excellence through a commitment to professionalism and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver proactive, knowledgeable and reliable service, offering advice and support for the services we provide.
  • Offer a variety of contact methods to suit our customer’s needs, including telephone, email and in person.
