Elizabeth Gray is the recipient of the Ada Craig
Walker Award, an award given to undergraduate women
typifying the ideals of the University. She has
also received the Distinguished Scholar Leader Award,
the Irving Harold Losee Scholarship, the United
University Professions College Scholarship, the
Presidential Award for Undergraduate Research, and
the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Student Excellence.
Elizabeth is a member of the Honors
College and is majoring in Philosophy with a minor
in Astronomy and Planetary Science. She has been
on the Dean's List every semester. In the winter
of 2007 she studied abroad in Santiago, Chile and
is first author of "Theropod footprints at
Dinosaur State Park in Rocky Hill, Connecticut USA;
Additional constraints on the trackmakers and the
physical environment" which is currently in
review.
Next fall she starts her MS in TESOL
(Teaching English To Speakers of Other Languages)
which would also include a NYS certification.
