Featured Faculty 2010

Recent books by two English Department faculty, Lydia Davis and Lynne Tillman, have been recognized as being among the “Best of the Millennium.” 

The Millions website has listed the top 20 books of the millennium (so far).   Lynne Tillman’s book is entitled American Genius, A Comedy and Lydia Davis’ book is entitled Varieties of Disturbance.  Selections were determined by a very distinguished panel of other writers.
