CAS Dean's Office Access During Window Replacement Project, July 12-16, 2010

The College of Arts & Sciences Dean’s Office will have its windows replaced from July 12, 2010 through July 16, 2010.  During this time, only contractors for this project are allowed in the CAS Dean’s Office suite No CAS Personnel will be allowed in the CAS Dean’s Office suite from July 12th through July 16th. If you anticipate needing access to any items held within the CAS Dean’s Office suite during this time, please plan ahead, and let us know what items are needed by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 so we are sure to remove them from the office in anticipation of your needs.

CAS Dean’s Office staff may still be reached via telephone and e-mail at their published University telephone numbers and e-mail addresses during business hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

Between July 12th and July 16th, the CAS Dean’s Office will NOT accept hand-deliveries or faxed documents.  ONLY mail delivered by the University Mail Services office will be accepted.  Urgent items should be scanned and e-mailed to the respective party.

Please anticipate SUNYCard access needs prior to the commencement of the Window Replacement Project or hold requests until the project is complete.  If your SUNYCard access requests are urgent, you should scan and e-mail the SUNYCard Access Application (http://www.albany.edu/cas/docs/suny_card_access_form.doc) to Elizabeth Gaffney at egaffney@albany.edu for her approval.

For those picking up graduate folders, please note: The Graduate Admissions Office will e-mail departments when folders are available to be reviewed.  Folders can be picked up in the University Administration Building (UAB), Room 121.  Departments deciding not to pick up folders can retrieve them from the CAS Dean’s Office after 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 20, 2010.  Departments having folders to be returned to Graduate Admissions can deliver them to UAB-121 or to the CAS Dean’s Office beginning on Monday, July 19, 2010.
