The College of Arts and Sciences Office of the Dean hosted the Ninth Annual Faculty Dinner on Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at the Italian American Community Center. Over 120 guests attended the annual dinner.

Dr. Marlene Belfort, Distinguished Professor in the Department of Biology and a member of the National Academy of Sciences, provided a thought provoking talk after dinner on "How Basic Research Fuels Biotechnology, Medicine and Evolutionary Concepts".
