Fund for Excellence helps us provide an
enriching learning environment for all
of our students. The quality we strive
for in our classrooms, laboratories, and
scholarly work is enhanced by the support
of those who believe that students benefit
from the interplay between learning and
discovery in a milieu of active research
and attentive teaching.
We must invest in an academically-challenging
learning environment for our students
in order to be responsive to changing
needs and trends in the disciplines. Sustained
gift support from alumni and friends plays
a major part in this effort.
