You must complete an orientation in order to participate in On-campus Interviewing/Recruiting. This can be done by either attending a session or viewing the presentation on-line.
OCI is managed through our on-line job system Handshake. The orientation session teaches you to use the OCI functions in that system. It also provides tips on how to use the system effectively. You must confirm your account on Handshake to participate in OCI.
Note: OCI is only available to current UAlbany students. UAlbany Alumni are not eligible to participate. However, Alumni can create a Handshake account.
After completing an orientation you must read and sign the “Release Form” and submit it to Career Services. You can get the form by attending a session or by downloading it at the end of the on-line presentation.
