Job and Internship Expo Registration Information
The Expo is your opportunity to meet hundreds of UAlbany students from a variety of majors. Students will be looking for information about full time jobs after graduation, as well as internships.
Tuesday, February 12, 2013, 1:00pm - 6:00pm
The registration fee includes one 6’ x 2 ½’ display table, parking, and lunch for two representatives. If more than two people will be representing your company, an additional fee will be charged. Employers also have the opportunity to sponsor the Expo or place an ad in the event program.

- Corporate Rate = $235
- Government Rate = $160
- Non-profit Rate = $110
- Additional representatives = $35 each

- All fees are NON REFUNDABLE
Registration for the Expo is done in two steps:
- Create a username and password for our on-line system, UA CareerPath. (If you already have a login, skip to step 2.) Select “Click here to register” on the Employer Login page. You will first be asked to identify the organization that you represent. If your organization is not listed, you will be prompted to complete an employee registration form. After submitting your registration profile, go to step 2 to register for the event.
- Register for the Job and Internship Expo. Once you have logged into UA CareerPath, choose Career Fairs and Events from the top navigation bar, then select Career Fairs from the category list and Search. Choose the event and click on the link to register. You will receive a confirmation email, including an invoice or receipt, after your event registration is approved.
The title you use for your organization when you register will be the title we use in our program as well.

Sponsorships are available at 3 levels
GOLD Sponsorship - $1000.00
Your company will receive the following: Company logo on all Expo posters and our Web site; one full-page ad (7.5 x 10 inches) in Expo Program and logo on front cover; prime location at Expo; one piece of your literature in Expo bags for students.
SILVER Sponsorship - $500.00
Your company will receive the following: Company logo on our Web site; one half-page ad (7.5 x 4.75 inches) in Expo Program; one piece of your literature in Expo bags for students.
BRONZE Sponsorship - $250.00
Your company will receive the following: Company logo on our Web site and one quarter-page ad (3.5 x 4.75 inches) in Expo Program.
BASIC Ad - $100
Your company may place a one eighth-page ad (3.5 x 2.25 inches) in Expo Program.
Submit your ad to careerweb@albany.edu. Ads must be received by Thursday January 24th.
If your registration has already been approved and you wish to change it to include an ad, please email Kathy Hornberger at khornberger@albany.edu and we will enable you to make changes to it.
Parking for employers will be in the SEFCU Arena parking lot. Parking fees are included in your registration fee. Directions, maps and other logistic information is available here.
Instructions for shipping materials prior to any of the career events:
Please send materials no earlier than a week before the event to Kathy Hornberger, Recruiting Coordinator, Career Services, Science Library G50, University at Albany, 1400 Washington Avenue, Albany, NY 12222. Materials must be received by noon of the day prior to the event in order for them to be at your table when you arrive.
