Executive Space Committee
Overview
This committee, comprised of Executive officers, is chaired by the Provost and staff support
is provided by the Office of Campus Planning (OCP). All University space management efforts
and initiatives are vetted through this committee. This committee is responsible for the review
and approval of recommendations presented by OCP on space requests, and space policies and
guidelines. It also commissions OCP to conduct and report on various space studies and analysis
typically aimed at providing greater campus understanding of existing space resources, improving
space utilization and large scale space planning necessary to affect capital planning efforts to
support the campus' Strategic Plan.
