Going Green Globally Program
Going Green Globally: Sustainable Business Practices
For our students, this is one of the most hands-on and integrative experiences you will have during your MBA studies. For our clients, this is a way to harness the energy and skills of a team of MBA students as they work on your strategic initiatives and sustainability plans. For our faculty and industry experts, this is a way to blend real work perspectives and academic theories while applying them to the most challenging problems facing us today. We invite you to read more here about this award-winning program.
This cornerstone, integrative project applies the various functional aspects of business learned throughout the first year of the MBA program to the sustainability issues facing a real organization in today's competitive, global economy. With this overarching objective the School of Business envisioned "Going Green Globally" or "G3."
Our MBA students work in teams to evaluate the sustainability strategies and global opportunities for organizations. Together, they find ways for the clients to grow, utilize emerging technologies, become more profitable and open new markets.
G3 was created to immerse our MBA students in the real world, high-intensity environment of managing in a volatile and competitive market.
Faculty, scientists and seasoned business coaches team up to work with executives from various sectors during this project. G3 culminates with board room style presentations delivered to clients, faculty, executives, university guests and MBA students.
