Marisa Lester teaches management accounting and accounting information systems courses and enjoys meeting and working with new students to broaden their understanding of accounting concepts. She has worked in industry in both public and private accounting and draws from those experiences to provide real world examples for classroom discussion. Marisa Lester is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and an Adirondack 46er. She is a graduate of the University at Albany and played #2 and #3 singles on the University’s D1 tennis team while in attendance.
