Weekend MBA Program: Application Instructions

The procedures for application to the program are given below. Early processing of your application will enable you to have more planning time. Every application will be considered by the University at Albany Graduate Admissions Office and the School of Business.

Application to the Weekend MBA Program requires the following:

1. A completed University at Albany application form. Please be sure to complete all sections of the application.Please note: the code for your proposed program of study on this application form is: 02-02-08.


2. Transcripts from all educational institutions you have attended including one from the accredited institution at which you received your undergraduate degree.


3. A copy of your GMAT score.


4. Three (3) completed recommendation forms. Recommendations from current and/or previous employers and faculty at other universities are encouraged.


5. A copy of your resume (curriculum vitae) that provides detailed information about your previous education (e.g., name of institution, program of study, degree or diploma or certificate received, dates of attendance) and work experience (e.g., employer, job title, responsibilities, dates of employment).


6. The application fees — $75 credit card payment, check, or money order made payable to the University at Albany.


7. If you are accepted into the program, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required (must be received within 10 days of notification of acceptance) to hold your position in the class. This deposit will be applied to the first semester tuition payment. The deposit fee will be made payable to the "Southern Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce, Saratoga MBA Program".
