New this year, Flash Mock Interviewing is a series of five minute speed interviews similar to speed dating. Instead of a chatting with a potential date, students have the opportunity to practice their interviewing skills and receive feedback on their performance. Businesses who conducted the interviews were PricewaterhouseCoopers, Treo Solutions, Deloitte, University Auxiliary Services, Northwestern Mutual, EY, HS Media Marketing, Walmart, Enterprise, Ayco, KPMG and representatives from the national office of the Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting.

The twelve clubs of the Dean’s Leadership Council raised over $1,000 for Junior Achievement of Northeastern New York at the Bowl-a-thon this fall.

The DLC R&R, previously referred to as the “DLC All-nighter” is held by the Dean’s Leadership Council on reading day at the end of each semester, providing snacks, juice and of course coffee to students preparing for final exams. This year the event was held in the lobby of the new School of Business building.
