John Sturges, Director - Investments, Oppenheimer & Co., New York, applies an internally developed Value-based, Business Cycle investment methodology. He has 28 years as a portfolio manger in the financial services industry. Prior to Oppenheimer he was a VP-Investment Management 1987-1994 at Shearson Lehman and VP 1982-1987 at Kidder Peabody. Before entering the financial services industry he was a research chemist at General Electric World Plastic Headquarters, Pittsfield, MA. He has a BA Geology, University of Rochester (1969) and a PhD Physical Organic Chemistry, State University of New York at Albany (1979) and a MBA Finance, Keller Graduate School of Business (2006). |
