Frank is an alumnus of the University at Albany’s School of Business (BS Accounting, 1994). During his years at the University Frank was the External VP of Beta Alpha Psi, a member of the University President’s Purple & Gold Society, and an officer of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. A CPA with over 15 years of experience at Ernst & Young LLP, including 5 years in EY’s audit practice, and over 10 years in EY’s transaction support practice. Frank has significant buy-side financial diligence experience in advising mega-PE, middle market PE, and corporate acquirers on transactions across industries and ranging in purchase price from $10 million to $17+ billion. He also has experience in sell-side advisory work, including acting as the project manager for a global team of approximately 100 professionals in preparing a client for a transaction to carve-out a $1.5 billion business from its core operations.
