Kevin O'Connor CEO Tech Valley Communications

Education: Bachelors in History and Masters Degree in Public Administration,State University of New York College at Brockport

Professional responsibilities:Kevin O’Connor is Chief Executive Officer and cofounder of Tech Valley Communications, the first and only locally owned and operated competitive local exchange carrier in New York’s Capital Region.  In this capacity Mr. O’Connor oversees the day to day company operations and has company wide profit and loss responsibility.
