Member Biography

Education: BS Business,Siena College .

Professional responsibilities: William manages and coordinates a non-profit public agency funded by the Small Business Administration, New York State, and serves as an adjunct professor for the Graduate School of Business at the University at Albany.

Community Involvement: William is a freelance columnist for the Capital District Business Review and a regular on a PBS business show, the Bottom Line.He also serves on the Hudson Valley Community College School of Business Advisory Board and participates on various economic and technology development committees and is host and board member of the Capital Region Global Business Network.
